We challenge preconceptions with our Amarone Classico, a bottle you can open and enjoy at the table without feeling overwhelmed. Elegance, roundness but never cloying: these are the traits of our flagship wine.

sensory description
Intense and deep ruby ​​red, with garnet hues. On the nose, it has complex aromatic notes from fruit in alcohol to bitter spices, black pepper, licorice and cocoa. In the mouth it is intense, with great structure, powerful with sumptuous expression of ripe fruit. The finish is pleasantly sinuous and dry.

Pairings
Elegance and structure make it perfect with feathered and furred game, red meats, long-aged cheeses. It is the ideal companion for long conversations.

Provenance
From the prestigious La Groletta and Conca d’Oro Crus, in the hilly area of ​​the Valpolicella Classica.

Grape
Corvina 50%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 15%, Oseleta 5%

Vinification and Aging
Manual harvest and selection of the grapes, with subsequent drying for about 3 months in a well-ventilated loft. Fermentation in steel for 25 days. at a temperature of 25/30°. 3 years of aging in 35 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
