Tour Description

The tour lasts about an hour and includes the complete tour with information on the Valpolicella Classica area, the grapes, the
drying method, the stages of Amarone vinification, and a visit to the Storica and Magnifica ageing cellars.

After the tour, a cooking class with a professional chef will begin: you will learn how to make different types of pasta.

At the end of the cooking class, lunch will be taken with what was prepared together and 4 wines will be tasted to match.
